helpful staff secure parking good size room
the staff helped me when i locked myself out of my car at 0700, i very much appreciated that assistance. i also found secure parking very useful, i secure hotel with my car. the twin room was a good size for my needs.
the bedroom did not have a bedside table, a slight inconvenience

bus travel was very accessible from the location. there were plenty of amenities available locally, so i never seemed like i was missing anything. the hotel is a short drive from the city center.

limited space considerable noise
The staff provided assistance when I locked myself out of my vehicle. They answered the phone early at 0700.
The room I was allocated lacked sufficient space. There was not enough room to move around, especially in the shower area and toilet. The bedroom could only accommodate the bed, with no chair or bedside table provided. the patrons from a pub across the road caused considerable noise late into the night.

clean room comfy bed secure parking unwelcoming staff breakfast absence key instructions
the room was clean. the bed was comfy, i slept well. secure parking was available, i liked that.
the staff was a bit short, they weren't very cute. breakfast wasn't available, despite it being advertised. i wasn't told what to do with the key after my stay, it was not clear

The room was comfy and amenities were available nearby. bus travel was quite accessible. great secure parking was available. The host was very pleasant..
the door latch was faulty and hotel staff had to open it. the tv remote didn't work, slightly inconvenient.
